2. GRANT OF RIGHTS

Subject to compliance with this License, AVANAVA LTD grants you a
worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

5. TERMINATION

If you materially breach this License, your rights terminate automatically.
If the breach is capable of cure and is cured within 30 days of discovery,
rights are automatically reinstated.

The Licensed Materials are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is capped at GBP 100.

This License is governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.
