1. PURPOSE

This License applies to research groups, laboratories, academic
institutions, and startups conducting structured internal R&D
or prototype development.

2. GRANT OF RIGHTS

In addition to the permissions under the AVANAVA Research Commons
License, Tier B permits:

- Internal development of prototypes.
- Integration into experimental research systems.
- Publication of academic or technical findings.

3. COMMERCIAL TRIGGER

Tier C authorization is required before:

- Selling, licensing, or distributing products or services
  derived from the Licensed Materials.
- Hosting paid services derived from the Licensed Materials.
- Charging fees where the Licensed Materials form a material
  component of value.

4. RESTRICTIONS

- No clinical deployment.
- No marketing of health outcomes.
- No representation as "AVANAVA-certified".

5. TERMINATION

Automatic upon material breach.
30-day cure period applies.

6. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY

Materials provided "AS IS".
Liability capped at GBP 100.
