1. SCOPE

Tier C applies to commercial integration of AVANAVA Licensed Materials
into products, services, enterprise systems, or monetized platforms.

2. GRANT

Commercial rights are granted only under a separately executed
written agreement signed by AVANAVA LTD.
No Commercial Use is permitted without such agreement.

3. TERMS

Fees, royalties, branding permissions, and liability allocations
are defined exclusively within the executed commercial agreement.

4. TRADEMARKS

No trademark or branding rights are granted except as expressly
stated in writing.

5. DISCLAIMER

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials are provided "AS IS".

6. GOVERNING LAW

Scotland, United Kingdom.
